The Clean Hydrogen Partnership is a public private partnership supporting research and innovation in hydrogen technologies in Europe. Its aim is to strengthen and integrate EU scientific capacity, to accelerate the development and improvement of advanced clean hydrogen applications. The three members of the Joint Undertaking are the European Commission, fuel cell and hydrogen industries represented by Hydrogen Europe and the research community represented by Hydrogen Europe Research.

The Hydrogen Council is a global CEO-led initiative of leading companies with a united vision and long-term ambition: for hydrogen to foster the clean energy transition for a better, more resilient future.

Hydrogen Europe represents European based companies and stakeholders that are committed to moving towards a (circular) carbon neutral economy by accelerating the European hydrogen industry. We are the industrial key partner of the Clean Hydrogen partnership and through Hydrogen Europe Research, we represent the European scientific community involved in the development of a new, industrial ecosystem based on hydrogen.

HyResource, a module of the Hydrogen Knowledge Centre, was set up jointly by CSIRO – Australia’s National Science Agency, Future Fuels CRC, National Energy Resources Australia, Australian Hydrogen Council, to collate core information on projects, policies and key organisations involved in the research, development and deployment of clean hydrogen as a low-emissions energy source.

The Australian Hydrogen Council is the peak body for the hydrogen industry, representing members across the entire hydrogen value chain.

The International Energy Agency, a Paris-based autonomous intergovernmental organisation, works with countries around the world to shape energy policies for a secure and sustainable future. It was established in the framework of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development in 1974 in the wake of the 1973 oil crisis. It produced Net Zero 2050: A Road Map for the Global Energy Sector in May 2021.

The International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) is an intergovernmental organisation that supports countries in their transition to a sustainable energy future, and serves as the principal platform for international cooperation, a centre of excellence, and a repository of policy, technology, resource and financial knowledge on renewable energy.
